I want to thank you for visiting our website.  I pray we have answered most of your questions and that you will feel comfortable worshipping with us.  I invite you -- whether you are just visting the beautiful Gulf Breeze - Navarre area or are looking for a new church home -- to worship with us soon.  We like to think of ourselves as a warm, friendly congregation where all who seek the Savior are welcome.

My Vision

A year ago we tightened the congregational vision to "Growing Inwardly -- Reaching Out!"  We desired a short, easily remembered vision that guided all our members in their own spiritual life and their outreach to the community.  We seek to grow spiritually through study, worship, prayer and fellowship.  However, we desire this so that we may carry the message of Jesus into the community.

At the same time I wrote myself a vision.  It is not as short as the congregational vision, but it focuses my desires for the congregation and me:

• To lead a congregation where everyone wholeheartedly trusts in Jesus as their Savior.
• To lead a congregation where faith, though shaken by life, does not surrender to it but overcomes it.
• To lead a congregation where people pray and read their Bibles because they love God.
• To lead a congregation where members love and support one another as Christ loves them.
• To lead a congregation where everyone from child to adult feels welcomed and affirmed.
• To lead a congregation where we lovingly and easily share our time, talents, treasures and lives with God because we are rich in Him.
• To lead a congregation where we remember we are sinners redeemed by the precious blood of Christ.  Salvation is a free gift that we can not earn or add to.
