Rory Hermann - Pastor Phone: (850) 932-3263 Email: gslcgb@bellsouth.net Pastor Hermann attended Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, following four years as a Navy Officer.  He graduated from the seminary in November 1983 and was ordained a month later.  He served his first congregation, St. Luke Ev. Lutheran Chuch in Cleveland, Ohio starting in January 1980.  He was recalled to active duty as a Navy Chaplain four years later.  He retired after 22 years of active Navy service in January 2002.  While serving on active duty he served aboard an aircraft carrier, a tour as a hospital chaplain, a tour as a chaplain recruiter, attended the Navy's advanced Chaplain course, two tours with the Marnes in Okinawa, and completed his career at a Trident submarine base,  Pastor Hermann has earned three degrees: a B.S. in Elementary Education, a Master of Divinity degree, and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management.  He began serving Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in 2003.
